- The tour is suitable and covered by insurance for participants aged 6 to 65 years
- Children aged 6–12 years may join only as tandem riders with an adult
- Children under 6 years old may join for free but are not covered by insurance
- Single (solo) riding is allowed from 13 years old
- Photo and video services are available at an additional cost
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Participants should have a moderate level of physical fitness
- Participants should not have serious heart conditions or other major medical issues
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour date
- Cancellations made 47–24 hours before the tour will be charged 50%
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows will be charged 100%
